Events - Event View

The membership committee is working towards having 5 to 10 “welcoming committee members” to help with engaging with new or newer members at our happy hour, dances, kickoffs etc. Any utc club member is welcome to attend this meeting if you are interested in helping out with greeting people, getting them a name tag, and answering any questions they may have. Please rsvp on the utc website if you plan on attending so we can have an idea of how many people will be attending this meeting. We will review what to say to people and schedule committee members out for the next month. Contact one of the Co-Ordinators below if you have any questions.
