WEEKDAY SKI BUS to
COPPER MOUNTAIN + VAIL!

Pick up: Woolly Mammoth Park n Ride
at 6:45 am, Section FF Depart by 7:00am
Join us for a truly fun experience with your UTC friends & guests on the monthly “Snow-ffeur” Day bus! The day buses are a great way to get up to the ski areas and socialize with other members and guests. The Ski bus is a luxury motor coach that can accommodate up to 50 people. The bus has a bathroom, great scenic views, plenty of leg room, and usually can drop us off right by the ski lifts. Snacks, water, soft drinks and music will be provided on the ride home! For this year we will not be providing any food or beverages for the morning drive to the ski areas. You are welcome to bring your own coffee, tea, food or other beverages on the bus. There will be 3 weekday ski buses this year, one in January, February, and March, 2027.
Meeting Spot: Wooly Mammoth Park n Ride at 6:45 am, Section FF, across from the Exxon gas station
The bus will drop off at Copper Mountain at approximately 9:00 A.M., then continue onward and arrive at the Transportation Center in Vail at 9:40 A.M. (Some buses will have a group that does Cross Country or Snow Shoeing.)
On the ride home pick up will start in Vail at 4:00 P.M. the ski bus will leave Vail at 4:30 P.M., pick up at Copper Mtn at 5:00 P.M. and arrive back in Denver at about 7:30 P.M., weather and traffic permitting. Lift tickets not included.
Departure Time: 7:00 A.M. – Plan on arriving 20 mins prior to departure, it takes some time to get everyone and everything loaded onto the bus. Skis and snowboards for Copper Mtn drop off go in the front luggage bin under the bus, Vail gear goes in the back bin. Please have your skis and poles in a ski bag with your name and phone number tagged. If you don’t have a ski bag wrap them up with a bungee cord.

HOW TO FIND THE BUS:
Woolly Mammoth Park n Ride at 6:45 am, Section FF, across from the Exxon gas station
REFUNDS / NOTES: We must have 33 people signed up 48 hours prior to start date and time for the bus to run. If we have to cancel the bus and you have paid for a spot, your payment will be credited to your online UTC account for use on another bus trip, winter trip or activity. At the end of the ski season we will refund any money in your account by check upon request. If you are NOT a club member, we will refund your trip payment upon cancellation.
BUS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Policy -
If you sign up and pay for a day bus and you can't make it for any reason, please call, email, or text the bus leader to cancel, and UTC will credit your payment to you’re online account. Please give the trip leaders as much notice as possible and UTC will do its best to accommodate you. If you are sick with a cold or flu, we do not want you on the bus! You can call, text or email the bus leader to cancel for sickness as late as 6 am the day of the bus. You have to contact us to get credit for this bus event, simple "No Shows" will forfeit their payment.
Refunds -
Up The Creek’s policy is to hold ski bus refunds until the end of the ski season. If you have paid for a day bus and can't make it, or if the bus is cancelled, UTC will hold your payment for another current ski season day bus or you can use your credit to pay for another trip or event. At the end of the ski bus season, any individuals with any outstanding day bus credits will be issued a refund check.
